Requirements for rentals
We require the following to secure your reservation:
- You will receive a rental agreement to review and sign.
- A deposit of 50% of your rental total is required to secure your reservation. The remaining total is due at least one-day prior to the event date.
Cancellation policy
Security deposit and costs are non-refundable. You may make change to the date of your event in case of emergency if the change is made up to 7 calendar days before the event and if reasonable accommodation can be made.
Is delivery and pick up available?
Yes. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and volume. There will be a fee for delivery added to your rental quote.
How do I get my rental quote?
Please send a request for quote to us via email (our preferred contact method) at: contact@bohemian.rentals
Please make sure to include the following details:
- Event date;
- Event location;
- If you need delivery? Additional fees will be added to your quote; and,
- List of each item and quantity.
We will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with your customized quote.
Do you have an in-person shop location to browse?
Currently, no. Maybe someday!
Is there a rental minimum?
Yes. We have just a $30 rental minimum.
